I buy it for my mom as the Mother's day gift ,got it today . a little delay for the shipment but customer service is nice and great and they replied timely and solve my question quickly,not bad . I just want to try myself and test if it works . For now ,It is good and it work . Seems that it would take a little time to teach my Mom how to let it work . I want to buy it later if this is work ,and we family could share the data together .
I tried a few different smart sleep tracker before settling on this one. This is the most comfortable one for me ,for now ,I really recommend it / Will come back after long time using.
The website states 2-3 business days for a tracking number. It’s been 17 days and no tracking number nor has the item shipped. I am now disputing the charge based on the above.
